He's been doing the podcast circuit lately. When I first heard him on a podcast, he seemed to look back on Titania as a been there done that episode of his life, but now he seems to be leaning into it. I guess he wants to cash in on it as much as possible, which is fine of course.

Woke up and processed some emails while Mayla slept. Went to breakfast outside at our resort here in Key West. Hung out on beach most of the day. Went on a private sunset sail from 6-8pm. Ate at Hogfish Grill, a popular spot for locals that our captain told us about. Returned to resort, spent 40m or so in the jacuzzi. Slept knowing I’d repeat the day more or less the same today.

The sleeve forces the change. It’s basically surgically-induced bulimia.
